Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion!

And so said the words of Zechariah 9:9, evoked no doubt as Jesus entered Jerusalem on a donkey. However if Jesus were to emulate this act today in the Holy City of Sheffield [see here], the Pharisees might well need to have a word with the King of the Jews. One of the main tools at the discretion of a totalitarian state is the issuance of licenses for every imaginable act. And so it goes.
