Institutional Societal Racism

What would it be like to live in a society where a minority of citizens, this minority based upon their skin tone let’s say, could make sweeping accusations about the majority of this same society, this majority again being based on their skin tone? And what would it be like if this minority could enlist the power of the state, the police forces and judiciary to support their sweeping statements through enforcement and criminal prosecution? How would it be if you could be arrested, fined and jailed for saying naughty words that some other individual deemed offensive? Well you only have to ask Mr. Clattenberg, who is guilty until he can prove himself innocent under the UK’s now infamous “incitement” speechcrime laws. In this new and improved English “common law”, the accuser makes his accusation and then leaves the entire apparatus of the state to attack the accused.
