Christianity Has Been Mocked For 500 Years; When Will Year 0 Start For Islam?

Thirty years of evidence that Islam (a written, religious-political system) has proven itself completely incompatible with European culture, has not been enough apparently for any serious politician in Canada to be prove themselves a statesman. After the federal government approved a motion, M-103, to grant anti-Islam (a written, religious-political system) sentiments cannot be be criticized, the Ontario legislature¹ has also decided to add their imprimatur to ‘Islamophobia‘.

The motion from Liberal backbencher Nathalie Des Rosiers called on the legislature to “stand against all forms of hatred, hostility, prejudice, racism and intolerance,” rebuke a “growing tide of anti-Muslim rhetoric and sentiments” and condemn all forms of Islamophobia. [CBC]

Sentiments? You mean, how you feel about things? You want to criminalize how people, citizens, the people who vote, the people who pay your massive expense, ‘feel‘ about ‘things‘? Notwithstanding that the Canadian Constitution allows free expression, ‘feelings‘ of hatred, hostility, prejudice, racism and intolerance are completely legal – as long as no real crime is committed. Section 2(b) is indeed under assault.

Martin Luther stated his Ninety-Five Theses on October 31st, 1517. That began 500 years of insulting, criticizing, and mocking orthodox Christianity. It’s about time the texts, the actual written record, the actual chapters and verses of the Islamic creed – Quran, Sunnah, Hadith – are insulted, criticized and mocked. And like Christian apologists from Luther’s time on, Muslim apologists are welcome to defend their texts, with counter words and arguments – not blasphemy laws.

We are criticizing Islam (a written, religious-political system), in which there are too many verses of violent bigotry on display for all too see. They can be read by anyone. And far too many times we see these violently bigoted texts being used today, by Muslims, in acting out the exact same things that these Islamic texts extol. From honour-killing vagina-having humans, throwing homosexuals off rooftops, as well as killing as many unbelieving infidels as possible to – have sex with 72 vagina-having humans. Oy! Criticism! Yeah!!

It’s about time there is a critique about the ability to critique the abundant awfulness that abounds within the Islamic texts. It’s time for Islam (a written, religious-political system) to defend itself; it’s time for Islam’s Year o; it’s time for Western politicians to stop defending Islam from defending itself. The court is in session. Exhibit A; Europe – 1985 – 2015… Let the case begin.
