Halal, the disgusting and cruel Islamic method of killing animals, along with all other ‘allowed’ foods, has a cost to certification which can be passed on to consumers, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, basically as a ‘tax’ on food. This halal tax (or at least the Islamic organizations that offer certification) can unsurprisingly be involved in violent and stealth jihad. So how do the French want to battle ‘extremism’ (extreme Amish, extreme Catholic, extreme Sixth-Day Adventists..?): a tax on the halal tax, which would also be streamed to various Islamic recipients. It seems it truly is sacré bleu time in France [see here].
