I’m wondering whether or not there is a performance appraisal process in place for Sierra Club employees. Even including its president, Aaron Mair. Of course different employees, at different levels of the Sierra Club organization, will have different goals depending on their position.
As president, once hired however, you’d think that,

might be on their 360 Feedback System checklist. Perhaps not.
